Quick patchwork triangles

A small, but very, in my opinion, useful workshop on patchwork for beginners and intermediate. This allows a clever way to get from one square at once 8 or 16 blocks sewn together triangles. Great saves time, and the result is simply superb!
I used fabric squares with sides of 30 * 30 cm.

Fold the squares inside, combining their right sides shared in order to avoid distortions of tissue in the future (hint: try to stretch the fabric in the direction of equity less it stretches or stretches at all). Shear pins, draw the layout - and diagonal line dividing the square into 4 equal pieces.
In the photo, I noticed a red space for future cuts in green - the seam line.

Stitching on both sides of the diagonal at a distance of 0.6 cm (the width of the foot or patchwork).

With the help of a knife-roller and the line cut the square into 8 pieces.

Spreads, press out allowances to the darker side. The result is an 8 square blocks with sides of 13.5 cm.

Aligns the resulting blocks. This can be done easily with the help of a special line for patchwork. square diagonal markings combine with 45? on the ruler and cut off from each side, resulting in all the squares to the same size (I have 13 * 13 cm).

I can stop there, or you can go ahead and cut each square diagonally, the result will have 16 units and options for combining them will be somewhat different

For example, you can use such schemes:

These are just a few of the things you can think of triangular patches. With blocks of different colors to collect much more interesting picture. And what eventually happened with me, will be posted later)
